Tracking, Cookies & Analytics

We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party behavioral analytics or advertising tools on this website. We do not set tracking cookies. We do not engage in cross-site tracking or behavioral profiling.

Netlify may set a functional session cookie for form submission purposes. This cookie does not track you across sites and is not used for advertising.

Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions and related correspondence for as long as the underlying business relationship or inquiry is active, and for a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping purposes. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it.

Netlify server log data is automatically retained for a maximum of 30 days before deletion, in accordance with Netlify's standard security and infrastructure practices. We do not independently store or copy these server logs. Formspree processes and forwards form data to us; any temporary retention on their platform is governed strictly by our data processing agreement with them.

How to Exercise Your Rights & Identity Verification

Identity Verification: To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized requests, we verify your identity before fulfilling any data rights request. We do this by matching the email address of your request against the email address on file from your original form submission. If we cannot verify your identity from this information alone, we may request additional clarifying details. Where verification is not possible, we may decline the request.

We do not charge a fee for reasonable requests, will respond within 45 days of a verified request (with an extension of up to an additional 45 days where necessary), and will never discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

Children's Privacy
